Integrative Therapy for the Whole Self

Every approach I use is chosen with care — to meet you where you are and support the kind of healing that lasts.

A space to be fully heard.

Talk Therapy

Talk therapy — also called psychotherapy or counseling — is a collaborative process where you and I work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences. There is no agenda other than your healing and growth.

  • Process past experiences and unresolved emotions
  • Identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns
  • Develop healthier coping strategies
  • Improve relationships and communication
  • Navigate life transitions with greater clarity
  • Build self-awareness and self-compassion

Sessions are 50 minutes. Telehealth and in-person options available.

Healing beyond words.

Brainspotting

Brainspotting is a powerful brain-body therapy developed by Dr. David Grand in 2003. It works by identifying specific eye positions — called "brainspots" — that correlate with unprocessed trauma or emotional pain stored in the subcortical brain, the part of the brain that operates below conscious awareness.

  • Process trauma stored in the body and nervous system
  • Access healing that talk alone cannot reach
  • Reduce symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, and depression
  • Release emotional blocks and stuck patterns
  • Integrate difficult experiences at a deep level
  • Gentle and client-paced — you are always in control

Brainspotting can be used as a standalone therapy or integrated with talk therapy.

Your whole self is welcome here.

Spiritual Integration

For many people, faith, spirituality, and a sense of the sacred are not separate from healing — they are central to it. Spiritual integration therapy honors the full dimension of who you are, including your relationship with God, the divine, or whatever you hold as meaningful and transcendent.

  • Explore how your spiritual life intersects with your healing
  • Process religious trauma or spiritual wounds with care
  • Integrate faith and psychology without conflict
  • Find meaning and purpose in suffering and transition
  • Deepen your relationship with your own inner life
  • Welcoming of all traditions, faiths, and spiritual paths

Spiritual integration is offered as a lens within therapy, not as religious counseling.

Gently, at your pace.

Trauma Work

Trauma can take many forms — a single overwhelming event, a pattern of chronic stress, or the quiet accumulation of experiences that left you feeling unsafe, unseen, or unworthy. Trauma-informed therapy creates a foundation of safety before any deeper processing begins.

  • Trauma-informed care in every session, always
  • Work at a pace that feels safe and manageable
  • Address complex trauma, PTSD, and developmental wounds
  • Somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
  • Rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and agency
  • Integration of traumatic experiences into a coherent narrative

All therapy I offer is trauma-informed. Trauma work is woven throughout, not siloed.
